Over the years, the anticipation that the “Star” of Africa; Ghana would lead the African Continent Into realizing the need for Excellence in the rule of Law has left perhaps the insane wandering whether sane people know what they are about. Brilliant Policies establish for the welfare the citizenry have more or less become ceremonial Speeches. Governments on various platforms read out the “Slogans” to “satisfy” the innocent Ghanaian.

Ideologies from prominent people such as Dr. Kwame Nkrumah (Ghana) and Nelson Mandela (South Africa) who sought to  seek the progressive movement of Africa will be hugely disappointed. Ghana boasts of various functional institutions such as the Electoral Commission, Supreme Court, Media Commission and other equally important institutions.

Talking about the Supreme court raises the question of unconstitutional conduct of the Ghanaian populace which is heavily constituting a nuisance. The “Love-ability” of compassion of Ghanaian s against use of Judicial System is serving as a major drawback to the nations progress. Swindling Policies from public officials who ought to be prosecuted are mostly granted pardon which sets a bad precedence to the youth and the international word.
